Edward Pontifex heads up operations from Melbourne. With The Sweetshop since 2013, Edward is hugely respected and well-liked by agencies and directors alike for his passion for quality filmmaking and commitment to creative storytelling.
His career spans both agency and production roles across two continents, giving him a deep understanding of the craft at every level.
Edward oversees The Sweetshop’s diverse roster of directors, ensuring each project delivers the exceptional craft the company is known for while fostering a collaborative, inspiring team culture.

Gregory Fyson is based in Sydney. A dynamic leader with a knack for cultivating creative partnerships, Greg has played a pivotal role in elevating The Sweetshop’s presence in the Australian market.
He brings over a decade of experience across creative agencies, production companies and post-production. Greg’s vision and dedication to craft inspire those around him; he works closely with both local and international directors to develop their careers and ensure every project meets The Sweetshop’s high bar for quality and creativity.

KATE ROYDHOUSE
Executive Producer
Kate Roydhouse is the Executive Producer at The Sweetshop’s Sydney office, joining the Australian leadership after five years with The Sweetshop in New Zealand.
Kate’s journey in advertising has spanned the UK, Los Angeles, Spain, Brazil, Australia and her native New Zealand, giving her an intricate understanding of the creative process across cultures. She is renowned for her unwavering commitment to craft and has earned industry respect as a jury member for prestigious awards like D&AD, LIA, Spikes Asia, Ciclope and Axis.
Warm and confident, Kate excels at nurturing creative talent and forging strong relationships, making her an inspiring force within The Sweetshop team.
